The hotel serves beer and wine who are at least 21 years old, and liquor who are at least 25 and have valid ID. Alcohol purchased offsite is not allowed on hotel premises.
Smoking is not permitted in any public areas of hotel. We are pleased to accommodate requests for smoking zone. Please note that a fee of 5,000 INR will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking room or in public areas.
Valid photo identification must be presented at check-in. Guest must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room and check-in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The hotel is pleased to accommodate requests for early arrival or late departure.
For an early arrival between 8am and noon, a fee equal to 50% of one night’s room rate will be charged. For an early arrival before 8am, a fee equal to one night’s room rate will be charged.
For a late checkout before 6pm, a fee equal to 50% of one night’s room rate will be charged. For a checkout after 6pm, a fee equal to one night’s room rate will be charged.
A full retention will be charged.
Guests can keep their valuables items in electronic safe, management is not responsible for any kind of missing. And strictly prohibited from carrying any dangerous items such as flammables, poisons, radioactive materials and explosives during their stay at the hotel.
No more than three guests are allowed in a room at once. Visitors are not allowed on guest floors or in guest rooms after 8 pm. Parties and celebrations are strictly prohibited in guest rooms.
We regret that personal checks are not accepted as a method of payment.
The hotel does not accept pets & arms inside.
Pool use is complimentary for guests. All guests under the age of 12 are welcome to use the pool with adult supervision.
